Are the Joy in Colours's crayons non-toxic?

Yes, we use only use non-toxic products to create our crayons.

How long will it take for my order to be expedited?

We are working as fast as we can to create your crayons! We currently have a 2 to 4 days turnaround time for crayon’s creation.

In addition, you need to account for 3 to 8 days for the package to reach your home.

We also offer free pick-up in Calgary (Riverbend).

Can I return my order?

For health and safety reasons and because most of our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns (unless items are damaged or the wrong item was sent).

Where are the products made?

All our crayons are handmade in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
